Conference „Aesthetics of Humanistic Management in the AI Era”

Thursday, 20 March 2025, 11:30-16:00

The scientific conference „Aesthetics of humanistic management in the artificial intelligence era” was part of a research project held by the Institute for Management Research at Collegium Civitas involving over 30 scientists from Algeria, Poland, Turkey, and Great Britain, representing disciplines such as management, marketing, media, education, political science, sociology, psychology, philosophy, aesthetics, and art.

The conference presented research results showing aesthetic insight into problems concerning the paradox between preserving humanistic values in contemporary social and organisational activity and increasingly widely implemented solutions using artificial intelligence.

Professor Monika Kostera (Poland), Professor Antonio Strati (Italy), Professor Steve Taylor (USA), Professor Łukasz Sułkowski (Poland, Doctor Ernst von Kimakovitz (Switzerland), and Professor Abdul Rahman (Malaysia) were the conference’s honorary guests and speakers.

The conference was conducted in English in a hybrid form: stationary at the Collegium Civitas headquarters and online/Teams.

Scientific supervision of the project and the conference: Dr. hab. Michał Szostak, Associate Professor.
